There are also regional centres, who all wanted to be able to manage their own events and websites as part of the overall RTS quality look and feel.
A Recipe For Success quickly developed a website for the Society, using the e-KIS Content Management System. The site now lists hundreds of award winners and nominees, carrying a vast amount of information for all visitors and includes a secure area, so that members and patrons can log in, amend their details and view member-only areas of the site.
It is now easy for the RTS team to log in and change articles on the site, and volunteers in the regional centres enjoy using the new functionality that is at their fingertips.
The e-KIS event management system was developed in such a way that despite being very bespoke to RTS, it can be easily modified by ARFS for a whole range of other clients. It allows the Society to take and manage bookings online – from changing table plans to printing out invoices and guest lists. After only a short training session, this intuitive system is now up and running, and RTS hope that it will help them to become more efficient.
