Colchester Borough Council

Working hard towards meeting the 2005 Implementing Electronic Government deadline, Colchester Borough Council wanted a site that would bring e-government information to individuals, citizens, businesses and visitors. But at the same time, it had to maintain a fun, bright and innovative look and feel.

Using Colchester Borough Council's varied colour palette, our design team created a vibrant new look for the website. Built using HTML, Colchester's site is now quick to download and highly intuitive to navigate even for novice Internet users. The website also benefits from the leading-edge e-KIS content management system, giving Colchester Borough Council's IT department the means to keep the website updated in-house on a day-to-day basis itself.
