Independent Land Rover Garage, Mansfield Motors, Today Wins Prestigious BT/Express E-Business Award

Mansfield Motors, a small independent Land Rover specialist garage based in Manningtree Essex, has today scooped the 1999 E-Business award for small businesses due to its innovative website http://www.mansfield-motors.com. As well as taking away a prestigious award sponsored by The Express and BT, they have won £5,000 worth of E-Business technology. The website was built and designed by A Recipe for Success

Mansfield Motors were in competition with nine other small companies, having been short-listed from over 400 entries from across the UK and Europe. The judges thought that Mansfield Motors website was a superb example of how the Internet allows a small company to leap over existing geographical and market barriers.

Since launching the website six months ago, the nature of our business has been transformed, and we now find ourselves dealing with customers from Manningtree to Moscow and beyond.
