International retail industry services provider Enabler wanted its website to work harder – so they got in touch with us. They provide IT services and business process consultancy, such as advice on logistics and just-in-time delivery, to major supermarket retailers throughout Europe, and wanted a new website that would reflect the changing status of the company. It had to be visually more appealing, and offer up-to-date information to all Enabler customers, rather than acting merely as static information point.We redesigned the site, improved its appearance and added the e-KIS content management system and an intuitive international language tool. This lets the company’s regional managers originate, manage and update content on the website in their own language. Ongoing work involves refining language options and introducing extra features for improved customer support and service. In doing so, we’ve helped turn a website from an information point into a powerful business tool for Enabler – much to the benefit of its customers, too.
