Oak Tree Management & Training provides the largest selection of public management and personal development courses in the UK. Oak Tree knew its paper based course catalogue was invaluable in assisting clients choose and book courses. Could we make it work equally well online?

We developed a website that provides a sophisticated search facility, enabling visitors to quickly identify and book courses. The website is fully integrated with the e-KIS Content Management Module, allowing Oaktree to easily update all of the website pages including course details and dates.

An extensive marketing campaign was carried out to inform current and potential new customers about the site. This included using the e-KIS E-mail Marketing Tool to send personalised e-mails to every person registered on Oak Tree's Customer Relationship Management system.
