Azure is a UK-based telecommunications revenue assurance company, whose portfolio contains products and solutions designed to ensure that global telecommunications operators gain maximum revenue from their networks. In order to deliver these products and services in a cost effective manner, and on an international basis, Azure has embraced internet technology within its day-to-day operations.
What they required
Having designed and built the Azure website and intranet, we are constantly enhancing the site to make sure the client is getting the maximum business benefit from them. This encompasses all aspects of the site, whether that's for Azure's business partners, customers or employees.
Our solution
Enhancements since the website's launch in 2003 have included adding a facility whereby Azure's business partners can gain access to brochures, case studies, datasheets, and white papers. We have also helped them improve customer satisfaction, too: customers of their billing bureau service can now gain access to confidential performance reports via a secure customer service area of the website.
And for employees, a secure Intranet - accessible from all of the company's international offices - provides support for their ISO9001-approved operational processes and activities. In addition, Azure uses our e-KIS e-mail marketing tool to send out vast amounts of highly professional-looking newsletters each month, sometimes reaching more than 3,000 customers worldwide. This system also allows them to track responses to their customer newsletters, and find out which customers have read the newsletter and at what time. Without all this useful technology and know-how from A Recipe for Success, Azure would need to employ additional administrative staff, with the knock-on effect of increasing costs.
