About our clientPart of the national governmental Business Link network, Gateway2Innovate provided support and advice to encourage companies in the East of England to develop new value products, services, processes and ways of doing business. It operated as a business-friendly 'advice centre' that connected customers with people or organisations that could help.
What they required
The client wanted a fully-functioning website that was backed by both a content management and customer relationship management system. What's more, it had to look good, get across some strong messages about the importance of innovation, and be easy for people to access the range of services provided. But what made this job really challenging was the deadline - they wanted the website up and running in just three weeks.
Our solution
With no time to waste, we captured the client's exact requirements and within days we'd started to design and build the website. We made sure there was full integration of our 'back end' e-KIS Content Management System, and a fresh, clean design that echoed the innovative ethos of g2i. We also ensured that any customer enquiries could be tracked and monitored by using our e-KIS Customer Relationship Management System, which enables companies to track any interaction they have with customers.
