Suffolk Pathfinder Small

Suffolk, Babergh and Ipswich local authorities wanted to provide information about their services via interactive television. This groundbreaking project was launched in July 2002 and was available via UK Online.

A Recipe for Success worked with each authority to develop the navigational design and content for the site to make it usable for non-PC users accessing the system using a conventional remote controller and digital TV interface.

This project was an excellent example of A Recipe for Success' ability to work with Local Government Partnerships and citizens to bridge the digital divide and reach all parts of the community using new media.

Our consultants liased with content owners in several different authorities to achieve a seamless image to Local Government services without compromising the brand identity of the authorities.
