Since setting up A Recipe For Success in 1997, Tonya has led the successful delivery of client projects, as well as taking on e-business consulting work for companies within the financial services and retail sector, and a variety of local and central government organisations.

With more than 20 years experience of working in the IT sector, Tonya has previously held a number of major strategic e-commerce roles within BT plc, Guardian Insurance and Lloyds of London. She also founded and chaired the Association of British Insurers Internet Group, which promotes best practice and usage of e-commerce within the insurance sector, and whose guidelines are now fully adopted by the DTI.

Tonya has won a number of business awards in her own right, as well as assiting A Recipe For Success earn widespread recognition and accolades for its clients bespoke e-business solutions.

Jeff Hume

Director

As the co-founder of A Recipe For Success, Jeff directs the company's business strategy and development. Since 1997, Jeff has managed the business's growth from two to 20 people, has successfully secured government R&D funding, and continues to develop our relationship with key clients from a range of organisations, both big and small and across a variety of sectors.

Prior to setting up A Recipe For Success, Jeff worked for 15 years in the IT and telecommunications sector, where he held leadership roles in project and programme management, systems integration, finance and strategy.

Jeff has an MSc in Electrical Engineering from Imperial College, London, an MBA from Henley Management College and a marketing scholarship from the prestigious Ivey School of Management in Canada. He is also a Chartered Engineer and a member of the Chartered Institute of Marketing.
