From London

• From the M25, take the A12 heading towards Colchester at junction 28.
• Continue past Colchester to Ipswich on A12.
• When you reach the outskirts of Ipswich you will be at the roundabout with Toys R Us & Tescos. Take the 3rd exit, then merge onto the A14 (signposted Felixstowe).
• Follow directions from Cambridge

From Cambridge

• Continue along the A14 towards Felixstowe and cross the Orwell Bridge.
• Leave the A14 at junction 57, which is the first turning after the Orwell Bridge (signposted Marriott Hotel).
• Stay in the left hand lane as you come off the A14 and merge into the traffic that is travelling towards Ipswich.
• Continue forward onto Nacton Road - A1189. Entering towards Ipswich.
• At first roundabout take the 3rd exit onto the A1189 (signposted Suffolk Showground, Warren Heath.
• At next roundabout take the 3rd exit onto Central Avenue. This exit is immediately after the exit to B&Q, so go slowly around the round about otherwise you might miss the turn off.
• At next roundabout take the 1st exit onto West Road. This takes you around the back of B&Q.
• You will arrive at Masterlord Village. A Recipe For Success is the second building in the third terrace down. We are next to Conifer House, which you will see from the entrance road.

Car parking

• Visitors parking is at the front of our building. If there are no available spaces then go to around the back of the building. There is plenty of parking along the road at the back or directly outside the back of the office.
• Please go to the front door & ring the bell. Someone will come and open the door for you. This may take a couple of minutes as they have to come downstairs.
